i havent been in any serius guilds yet, just having fun with friends so far, but i want to start raiding some more

do uber dps, and follow orders and marks,
What are the most important stats for your class, explain?
tbh, for my experiance as ele, i would say Crit chance - haste - Spell power , cause the more sp i have the harder the hits will get, more haste then the spells will go alot faster, and with alot of crit i will be able to do more critical strikes with ma spells, witch will means more dps.
Are you willing to respec to a PvE build/a build which the guild needs for a raid to go ahead?

How many evenings will you be available for raids in WotLK? We require 3 nights per week minimum. Our raid times are 20:00 until 23:30 Sunday - Thursday.
